Referrals and Fees

Parents/Guardians can refer their child by telephone or email or the child can be referred by doctor, medical insurance company, or complex care company.

A no obligation, free discussion can be provided (by telephone or e mail) to discuss your needs before moving forward with your child's care.


A 10 minute initial telephone assessment to discuss your needs can be provided free of charge if you need to discuss your child's health needs before booking an appointment.

£120 for an initial consultation (around 45 minutes)

£80 for a review consultation (around 30 minutes)

Costs include:

  •   Written plan of action (usually by email unless otherwise requested)
  •  Letters to relevant health professionals (as required and with your consent).

Additional extras:  A full computerised dietary analysis of a 3 day food diary can be provided for an additional £40. 


Direct transfer should be made into bank the account 24 hours prior to the appointment.

I am also registered with the following insurance company:  Western Provident Association Ltd (WPA).  You must provide details of insurance policy, at least 48 hours before the first consultation.   If your policy does not cover the full cost, you will be expected to make up the difference before the date of the appointment.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel, please do so, at least 24 hours prior to the appointment date and time

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, there will be a £40 cancellation fee (costs may be waivered depending on cancellation reason)

Refund Policy

Refunds (minus administration fee) can be requested for appointments paid in advance and not taken as long as advanced notice is given (refunds will not be given for appointments missed without prior notice). 

There is an administration charge of £25 on refunds (if cancelled before 24 hours of the appointment)
