About Anne Cushen.
I graduated in 2003 from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff (UWIC) with a BSC honours degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with registration. Since then, I have worked in a range of NHS Hospitals from large teaching hospitals to smaller more local hospitals and gained a wealth of experience.
I have specialised in children’s dietetics since 2003 and in 2016 and 2017, specialised further in complex care and children’s allergies and intolerances.
I currently live in Barnsley, South Yorkshire. I am passionate about children's nutrition, the environment and love animals.
Areas of Expertise
I provide dietetic advice and expertise in children’s food allergies and intolerances. I offer private consultations to parents with children and babies and I also offer training to schools, nurseries, care and residential homes.

Children's Allergies
IgE mediated (immediate onset), Non IgE including FPIES (Food Protein Induced Enterocolitis) and EoE (Eosinophilic Oesophagitis)
Eating Difficulties
I can help with weaning problems, faltering growth and fussy eating,
Special Needs
I have a special interest in autism and ADHD.
Training
I offer training to schools, nurseries, care and residential homes.
